For LGBTQ+ identified participants. Learn to effectively cope with stress and meet life's challenges with the time-tested self-care practices of mindfulness, compassion, imagery, and breath work. Each class will include guided meditation, an explanation of the concepts, and group discussion. 9 Week Training begins Wednesday, September 21 via Zoom.
