Learn to effectively cope with stress and meet life's challenges with the time-tested self-care practices of mindfulness, compassion, imagery, and breath work. Each class will include guided meditation, an explanation of the concepts, and group discussion. 9 Week Training begins Tuesday, April 12, 11:30am - 1:00pm (via Zoom). Group members are welcome to discuss any challenges or stressors they are currently experiencing, whether related to loneliness or isolation, dating, apps, relationships, coming out, family conflict, or other issues. This will be an interactive and interpersonal group, which will promote improved relationships and communication and coping skills. We will meet Wednesday evenings 7:15pm - 8:45pm via zoom starting April, 13th (via Zoom).
